NOTE: The outdoor splash pad is closed for updates. From September 8th 2025 through May 28th 2026 the opposite side of the building will be updating the units and making exterior concrete repairs/painting the building. The indoor pool house will be completely rebuilt, this will affect the restaurant and heated pool. The heated pool is currently closed, the restaurant is expected to open March 4th 2026. The outdoor pool is expected to open soon just waiting on approval from inspectors. The boardwalk to the beach was completely rebuilt and is just about finished. All exterior windows in the common areas of the building are being replaced, there is an alternate entryway to get to the front desk, expected reopening of normal entryway is 3-25-26. These repairs may cause noise during the day. The units on our side of the building have finished updates. Kitchen: Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. Bed capacity: (Sleeps 6) Master Suite: 1 King Size Bed Hallway: 2 Twin bunks Living Area: 1 Queen Size Sleeper Sofa Bed There's a 55 inch 4K smart tv in living room. Full bathroom with tub accessible from the master suite and attached half bathroom accessible from hallway. Kitchen is chef-ready with pots & pans, blender, toaster, Keurig Duo coffee machine (please bring your own coffee), and more. Dining table seats 4. We offer a complimentary starter supply of two rolls of toilet papers in each bathroom, travel size shampoo and lotion sets in the bathroom, one roll of paper towel in the kitchen, hand soaps, dish liquid, new dish sponge, a few dishwasher tablets and laundry pods are provided. There is a coin operated laundry on each floor except the first floor. The change machine is in the lobby across from the front desk. We have a 30 gallon electric water heater, which is good for 1-2 normal 10 minute showers and will take about 1 hour to fully recover back to operating temperature. During colder weather this may take longer to heat back up due to very cold incoming water. Internet is provided by the condo’s association. It has recently (April 2025) been updated to a 300 mpbs high speed internet! SunDestin Beach Resort offers unique amenities to entertain the whole family, including: - 100 yards of sugar-white sand beach, - beach service/rental beach setup, - heated indoor and outdoor pools, - splash pad, - hot tub, - fitness center, - on-site spa, - on-site restaurant, - beachside Tiki Bar, - 5 outdoor grills with picnic tables, - ATM in the lobby, - event space, - free parking, - the Sea Store in the lobby that sells a vast array of items including food, drinks, ice, souvenirs, toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels, sunscreen, laundry detergent, etc. The front desk also acts a concierge service. They don’t make reservations, but can help with recommendations for restaurants, family fun, transportation services, etc. If you arrive early, feel free to register at the front desk, get your parking pass and enjoy the beach and the pools. However we don't allow early check in's to the unit especially during high season since the unit is mostly booked back to back and we need time to prepare the condo. During low season, if your unit is ready for early check in, we will let you know. We operate the rental ourselves and we want to make sure our guests have a great time in our condo. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. For any urgent maintenance requests, our condo is enrolled in the on-site maintenance program of SunDestin. Guests can request help from them through front desk for issues ranging from clogged toilets to help with operating the TV remote. Please note that during slow season, some of the onsite amenities like the beachside Tiki Bar, rental beach service, etc. may be closed or operating with limited hours due to lower demand.
Other Details to Note
Starting August 1, 2021, the HOA requires us to collect a $55 check in fee per reservation. If you use the chairs we provide or your own you will have to set them up behind the rentals in the designated area.
